Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Either party may cancel an ongoing service engagement by providing at least 30 days' written notice. The notice period begins on the date the cancellation request is received in writing via email.

How to Cancel

To cancel your services, please send a written request to vadim@verticality.co. Include your company name and the services you wish to cancel. You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days.

During the Notice Period

There is no cancellation fee. Services will continue as normal during the 30-day notice period, and you will be billed for any services rendered up to and including the final day of the notice period.

Early Termination

If your service agreement includes a fixed-term commitment, early termination may be subject to additional terms outlined in your agreement. Please refer to your specific contract for details.

Deliverables Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation, Verticality will deliver all completed work and provide access credentials for any accounts managed on your behalf. Any work in progress at the time of cancellation will be delivered in its current state.
