General Policy
Because digital marketing services involve time, labor, and third-party costs that cannot be recovered once work has begun, refunds are generally not available for services already rendered.
Service-Specific Refunds

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at vadim@verticality.co with your company name, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction (USD or CAD) to the original payment method used.
