18 Best GEO Agencies in 2026: Who the AI Engines Name
Our shortlist of the best generative engine optimization (GEO) and AEO agencies: best-for fit, price as published, AI tracking. Verticality first, disclosed.
Founder · Growth Lead
This list is published by Verticality, and our own agency is entry one; we disclose that here and again in the entry. Four reasons to call us first, all checkable on our GEO agency page: a published price ($2,500, $4,500 or $7,500 a month, month-to-month, no minimum term), work aimed at the off-site sources AI answers quote (roundups, directories, review profiles and disclosed Reddit threads), our own tracker running your buyers’ questions every day, and a result on our own category. Since 20 September 2026, ChatGPT has named Verticality in 10 of 13 answers to “Recommend a GEO agency that gets brands cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity”, first in 9 of them. The other seventeen are the GEO and AEO agencies that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews named most often when we asked them for the best ones, grouped by what each is best for.
The shortlist at a glance
Facts come from each agency’s own website, read on 4 October 2026. Our agency opens the list as its publisher. The seventeen that follow sit in four groups by the kind of GEO work they sell, and each group runs from the agency the engines named most to the one they named least.

How we chose the agencies
Our AI Visibility Tracker ran four buyer questions through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity once a day, 4 September to 3 October 2026: “Best generative engine optimization agencies”, “Top AEO agencies in the US”, “Recommend a GEO agency that gets brands cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity” and “Who are the leading LLM SEO companies right now?”. That produced 346 answers with text. Two tests decide entry: the engines named the agency in 35 or more of those answers, one in ten, and its own website has a page selling GEO, AEO or AI search work. Seventeen pass both tests; Avenue Z (33 answers), Amsive and Ignite Visibility (32 each) fell just under the line. Our own agency did not need to pass these tests; the engines named it in 11 of the 346 answers, all from ChatGPT on the third question.
On 4 October 2026 we went through each agency’s website and noted the same things: what it calls the service and what the work covers, which AI engines it says it tracks and with which tool, AI-visibility proof as published (a named client with a figure and dates, or an anonymous one), the price and its term, and who it says it serves. Fourteen of the seventeen also publish their own ranking of GEO or AEO agencies and put themselves first, as this page does; the engines cite those rankings, which is one reason the same names keep coming back. The screenshots were taken that day.
Off-site citations: roundups, PR and communities
1. Verticality
- Best for: brands that need the off-site citations AI answers quote, at a published price.
- Pricing: $2,500, $4,500 or $7,500 a month; month-to-month, no minimum term.
- AI tracking: our own tracker, 50 to 200 buyer questions a day on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity; AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and Copilot checked monthly.
Our own agency, Verticality Digital Solutions Inc. in Toronto. Each tier on our GEO agency page adds tracked questions, pages rewritten answer-first (3, 5 or 12 a month) and off-site reach: roundup, article and directory outreach, then disclosed Reddit work in up to six communities, then unmetered Reddit, digital PR and review profiles. The baseline report comes by day 10 and a ranked work plan by day 15. No bots, no bought mentions. ChatGPT started citing our GEO page five days after it went live. Watch-outs: client names are not published, and Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have not yet named us on these four questions.
2. Siege Media
- Best for: SaaS, fintech and e-commerce brands that want GEO through data studies and digital PR.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026); content marketing starts at $8,000 a month on a 12-month contract with a 30-day out.
- AI tracking: LLM share of voice reported monthly; Peec AI data in its cases; the tool is chosen per client.
A content and PR agency of “100+ people” that now calls itself a full-service GEO agency. The work is research reports and digital PR, affiliate placements on review sites, a disclosed presence in communities (“No fake accounts”) and quarterly content refreshes. Grow Therapy’s LLM visibility rose from 11% to 43% in an engagement that started in fall 2025. The engines named it more often than any other agency, in 222 of 346 answers. Watch-outs: it asks clients to commit to a 6-month horizon.
3. First Page Sage
- Best for: mid-sized B2B companies that want placement in the lists chatbots read.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026); month to month, no annual lock-in.
- AI tracking: no tool named; reputation tracked across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.
A Bay Area SEO and GEO agency with “more than 150 clients”, most of them midsized. Its GEO work covers list placement, database inclusion, reviews, publicity and sentiment, on the view that highly ranked list articles are “the largest factor” in which companies chatbots recommend. Its GEO cases are anonymous: a plastic surgeon’s AI recommendation share rose from 11% to 64% in 12 months. Watch-outs: its own cost guide names paying for placement and “publishing your own superlative list article and ranking your company first” as routes into lists, so ask which it would use for you.
4. Digital Elevator
- Best for: lean in-house teams that want a fixed-price, 90-day AI visibility sprint.
- Pricing: sprints from $3,000 for 90 days; managed AEO $3,500 to $8,500 a month; off-site mentions $3,495 to $12,995 a month for three or four months.
- AI tracking: prompt tracking through each sprint and AI-referred sessions isolated in GA4; no tool named.
A remote team, running since 2010, for “lean in-house marketing teams” in healthcare, life sciences, B2B SaaS and e-commerce. A sprint covers schema and llms.txt, comparison pages, roundups that feature you and “Reddit signal, capped to stay authentic”; nothing renews automatically. Fitness Mentors’ LLM sessions rose more than 1,700% year over year. Watch-outs: the mentions product includes Reddit comments the agency writes and placements meant to read “as editorial rather than an ad”, so ask how each one is disclosed.
5. Relevance
- Best for: challenger brands that want press placements chosen by what AI cites.
- Pricing: No price on its GEO page (4 October 2026); its own SEO pricing article gives $5,000 to $25,000+ a month.
- AI tracking: no tool named; every figure traced to a captured AI answer with the platform and date.
A PR, SEO and GEO agency from Columbia, Missouri, that sells the work as “AI Visibility Engineering”. Digital PR is the core: trade and business titles chosen by how often assistants cite them, “40+ authority placements a year” on a typical engagement. SmartSource, a mid-market event technology firm, saw traffic from LLMs up 65% and its presence in Google AI Mode up 32%, March to May 2026 against the previous three months. Watch-outs: two of its three case cards labelled AI show only SEO metrics.
Technical and research-led GEO
6. iPullRank
- Best for: enterprise and mid-market sites that need technical, passage-level GEO.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026); a 3-month sprint or a 12-month programme.
- AI tracking: its own Qforia tool runs synthetic prompts built around your personas; monthly reporting.
The agency behind the term Relevance Engineering, serving start-ups, mid-market brands and Fortune 500s. It measures information gain, entity density and query fan-out coverage, then edits at passage level rather than rewriting pages; the higher tier adds digital PR. Its own site says “No one has fully figured out GEO yet.” Its AI cases are anonymous: a telecom provider’s AI Overview inclusions rose from 712 to 3,235. Watch-outs: no named GEO client, and one case pairs “661% growth” with a rise from 32% to 67%.
7. Go Fish Digital
- Best for: enterprise SEO teams that want GEO run with the agency’s own tools.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026); custom proposal.
- AI tracking: its own AI Overview Analyzer and Barracuda, plus Profound for visibility checks.
A Raleigh agency with “20 years in search”. Its GEO work is semantic content audits, passage-level changes for AI Overviews and ChatGPT, schema, IndexNow and sitemap fixes, and digital PR on outlets “that feed directly into ChatGPT and Google’s AI systems”. Its GEO case study is its own site: AI-referral traffic up 43% and conversions from AI referrals up 83% in about three months. Watch-outs: the named MoneyGeek case reports Google clicks, not AI metrics, and gives no dates.
8. Graphite
- Best for: software brands that want research-led AEO against a fixed prompt set.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026).
- AI tracking: share of voice on typically 200+ prompts a quarter across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews; internal tooling plus manual logged-in checks.
A remote growth agency of “120+ team members” with its own AI research team. It builds the prompt set from sales calls, Reddit threads and help-centre questions, then works on retrieval fixes, off-site and Reddit strategy and how AI describes the brand. Webflow’s LLM share of voice rose from 33% to 64%, and the share of its sign-ups from LLMs from 4% to 8%, between January and July 2025. Watch-outs: its SEO engagements run twelve months minimum; the AEO page states no term.
9. Victorious
- Best for: companies above $10 million ARR that need entity and schema work.
- Pricing: No GEO price on its site (4 October 2026), scoped after an audit; its own SEO pricing article gives $5,000 to $20,000 a month.
- AI tracking: no tool named; prompt testing across seven AI surfaces; 90-day sprints with monthly reports.
A San Francisco SEO agency founded in 2013, which says GEO and AEO “are the same work”. The service formats content for extraction, adds schema and entity signals, fixes pages AI crawlers cannot render and earns third-party authority, run by a four-role team on each account. Instant Financial, a finance SaaS company, grew its AI Overview citations 15 times over the campaign. Watch-outs: the cases on the GEO page itself are anonymous and undated.
GEO for B2B software pipeline
10. Omniscient Digital
- Best for: B2B SaaS teams with $10,000 a month that want GEO tied to pipeline.
- Pricing: from $10,000 a month; average engagements $250,000 to $500,000 a year.
- AI tracking: Peec AI, named in a case study; six engines tracked for one client; quarterly reviews.
An organic growth agency for B2B software. Its GEO programme covers source-worthy content, brand and author entities, citations across publishers, review sites and communities, and technical work. Convert, an experimentation platform, went from 31% to 55% LLM prompt visibility in 60 days; OnBoard’s AI visibility in its category rose from 73% to 88% between January and August 2026. Watch-outs: it does not typically take e-commerce or local businesses, and the contract length is not published.
11. Animalz
- Best for: B2B SaaS brands whose AI visibility rests on editorial content.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026).
- AI tracking: an audit across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini; no tool named; monthly analysis.
A content agency for B2B SaaS, started in New York in 2015 and now remote. Its AEO service has five parts: an AI visibility audit, small content refreshes from its own AI workflow, citation outreach, Reddit engagement and reporting on visibility and revenue. The engines name it mostly for authoritative SaaS content. Watch-outs: the AEO page shows no case study, metric or client logo, and technical fixes may fall to your own developers.
12. Directive
- Best for: B2B technology companies that judge GEO by pipeline and demos.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026).
- AI tracking: Scrunch, named in its case studies, with Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4 and Search Console.
A B2B agency founded in 2013, now a “150+ person agency” across North America, Latin America and Europe, that sells GEO as DiscoverabilityOS: entity and topic mapping, structured data, and presence on Reddit and third-party listicles. Case Status, software for law firms, booked 54 demos against a quarterly goal of 45 within nine months; AxisCare drew 24 leads from LLMs between March and August 2025. Watch-outs: the GEO page still names Bing Chat and Google’s SGE, since replaced by Copilot and AI Overviews.
13. Omnius
- Best for: SaaS and fintech companies that want an agency with its own tracker.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026); no minimums, per its about page.
- AI tracking: its own Atomic AGI, built from early 2024; weekly reporting.
A remote-first agency with bases in London and Belgrade that works only with SaaS, fintech and AI companies and takes at most eight new clients a year. Its twenty GEO techniques include opening access for AI crawlers, schema for every page type and citation building on Reddit, Quora, G2 and LinkedIn, with digital PR as a separate workstream. ANNA Money’s AI Overview keywords rose from 183 to 837 between May and September 2025. Watch-outs: the price comes only on a call.
14. Breaking B2B
- Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want published tiers and listicle placements.
- Pricing: from $4,000 a month; tiers $5,500 to $40,000+ a month; six- or twelve-month retainers.
- AI tracking: no tool named; buyer prompt sets monitored monthly on higher tiers; a Looker Studio dashboard.
A “B2B and SaaS only” agency that builds its prompt set from closed-won deals and sales calls. Its GEO work targets the pages AI answers lift: competitor alternatives pages, category roundups, placements in the roundups and directories engines quote, and structured data. Chattermill, a customer experience platform, went from a 20% to an 80% AI mention rate between January and May. Watch-outs: the entry price reads $4,000 on the GEO page and $5,500 on the pricing page.
Full-service agencies with GEO packages
15. WebFX
- Best for: businesses with an established SEO programme that want fixed GEO tiers.
- Pricing: from $3,000 a month, seven priced tiers up to $68,250, then a quoted tier; six-month commitment.
- AI tracking: its own OmniSEO platform across 10 AI platforms and up to five competitors, reported monthly.
A Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, agency with “750+ digital marketing experts” that sells GEO as priced plans. The entry tier includes a 50-prompt audit across 10 AI platforms, a thought-leadership placement about every other month and citation building. Thompson Tractor, a heavy-equipment dealer, reports traffic from AI up 586% and AI-driven leads up 500% since its strategy launched in January 2025. Watch-outs: the same tiers carry different prices on its GEO page and its enterprise page, and the case gives no end date.
16. NoGood
- Best for: scale-ups and large brands with growth retainers averaging over $20,000 a month.
- Pricing: No AEO price on its site (4 October 2026); the agency’s average retainer is “above $20,000/month”.
- AI tracking: Goodie AI plus GA4 channel groups, across seven engines from ChatGPT to Copilot.
A New York growth agency that runs AEO on four pillars, visibility research, content, earned media and citations, and technical work, for SaaS, B2B, healthcare, fintech, consumer and AI brands. SteelSeries, a gaming accessories brand, grew its AI traffic 6.7 times between January and October 2025. Watch-outs: the service page calls Goodie AI “an external, third-party tool”, while NoGood’s own review of it says “We may have a little something to do with the tool”.
17. Single Grain
- Best for: growth-stage companies that want GEO inside an SEO and paid-media retainer.
- Pricing: No price on its site (4 October 2026).
- AI tracking: no tool named; custom dashboards for citations and share of answer; quarterly reviews.
A revenue marketing agency that runs AEO, SEO, paid media and content in one retainer for “500+” companies. Its GEO page covers entity mapping, refreshes for AI Overviews, data-driven PR, reviews, and presence on Reddit, Quora and Stack Overflow. LS Building Products gained more than 400 AI citations in 12 months, 113 of them in ChatGPT. Watch-outs: the SmartRent case gives 136, “100+” and 200 new citations for the same month on different pages.
18. Thrive
- Best for: businesses of any size that want AI SEO month to month.
- Pricing: No AI SEO or GEO price on its site (4 October 2026); month-to-month, no long-term contracts.
- AI tracking: Ahrefs Brand Radar, named in a case study; seven AI surfaces named on the service page.
A full-service agency founded in 2005 with “more than 160 employees”, which sells GEO as AI SEO with a service per engine. The work includes Bing optimisation for ChatGPT, directory listings, review generation, digital press releases and structured data. Its AI cases are anonymous; a regional medical group’s AI Overview citations rose 2,658% within six months. Watch-outs: its GEO address redirects to a general AI SEO page.
Which GEO agencies publish their prices?
On 4 October 2026, five of the eighteen showed a GEO price on their own websites:
- Verticality: $2,500, $4,500 or $7,500 a month; month-to-month, no minimum term.
- WebFX: from $3,000 a month up to $68,250; six-month commitment.
- Digital Elevator: $3,000 for a 90-day sprint, $9,000 to $24,000+ for a full programme; managed AEO $3,500 to $8,500 a month; off-site mentions $3,495 to $12,995 a month on three- or four-month programmes.
- Breaking B2B: from $4,000 a month, published tiers $5,500 to $40,000+; six- or twelve-month retainers.
- Omniscient Digital: from $10,000 a month; average engagements $250,000 to $500,000 a year.
NoGood states an agency-wide average retainer above $20,000 a month, and Relevance and Victorious give SEO price ranges in blog posts; none of those is a GEO price. The other twelve quote GEO work only after a call or an audit. Terms vary as much as prices: Verticality, First Page Sage, Thrive and Omnius say month-to-month or no minimums; WebFX asks for six months, Breaking B2B for six or twelve, and iPullRank’s featured programme runs twelve.
GEO, AEO or LLM SEO agency: does the label matter?
Less than the work behind it. Twelve of the eighteen call the service GEO; Animalz, Graphite and NoGood call it AEO; Thrive calls it AI SEO; Relevance and Digital Elevator call it AI visibility. iPullRank’s GEO page says the two are “the same thing, just with different names”. The engines agree: asked for the top AEO agencies in the US, they named iPullRank and WebFX in 71 of 87 answers, First Page Sage in 69, and Siege Media and NoGood in 67, all on this list. What separates agencies is where the work happens: off-site placements, technical retrieval, content, or a full-service mix. Our AEO vs GEO comparison sets out where the terms differ.
What to ask a GEO agency before signing
- Which buyer questions will you track, how many, on which engines and how often: daily runs or a monthly snapshot? Ask for the baseline in writing.
- How much of the work is off-site (roundups, reviews, communities, press) and how much is on our own site?
- How is each placement earned: editorial outreach, a disclosed comment, or a paid listing? Who writes Reddit comments, and do they say who they work for?
- Which named client can we call, which AI metric did you report for them, measured with which tool, over which dates?
- Who owns the prompt set, the tracking data and the source map if we stop?
- What is the minimum term and the notice period? On this list they range from month-to-month to twelve months.
- What will you deliver in the first 30 days, and when do we see the first report?
To see how we run the work ourselves, read our GEO agency page, the AEO agency page for answer-engine work in Google and ChatGPT, and the LLM SEO agency page for the engine-by-engine view. For Reddit work we keep separate lists: Reddit marketing agencies by buyer type, Reddit marketing agencies for SaaS and Reddit Ads agencies.
For fintech and other regulated brands, our fintech AI visibility agencies shortlist checks each agency’s compliance review and fintech proof on its own site.
Frequently asked questions
Which GEO agency is the best?
We put our own agency first, as the publisher: a published price ($2,500, $4,500 or $7,500 a month, month-to-month, no minimum term), work aimed at the roundups, directories and threads AI answers quote, and its own tracker running buyers' questions daily on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Since 20 September 2026 ChatGPT has named it in 10 of 13 answers to a request for a GEO agency that gets brands cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity. Among the independent agencies, Omniscient Digital and Breaking B2B publish both a GEO price and a named AI-visibility case with its start and end months on their own sites.
How much do GEO agencies charge?
As of 4 October 2026, five of the eighteen show a GEO price on their own websites: Verticality $2,500 to $7,500 a month, month-to-month; WebFX from $3,000 a month on a six-month commitment; Digital Elevator from $3,000 for a 90-day sprint and $3,500 to $8,500 a month for managed AEO; Breaking B2B from $4,000 a month on six- or twelve-month retainers; Omniscient Digital from $10,000 a month. NoGood states an agency-wide average retainer above $20,000 a month. The other twelve quote after a call or an audit.
Is a GEO agency different from an AEO agency?
Mostly in the label. iPullRank's GEO page says GEO and AEO are the same thing with different names, and Victorious says they are the same work. When our tracker asked ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews for the top AEO agencies in the US, the five names they gave most often were all GEO agencies on this list. What differs is the work behind the label: off-site citations, technical retrieval work, content, or a mix.
Does Verticality rank itself on this list?
Yes. We publish the page and put our own agency at number one, and both the introduction and our entry say so. Fourteen of the other seventeen agencies run their own GEO or AEO agency rankings with themselves at the top. The seventeen here sit in four groups by type of work, and inside a group the agency named most often in the 346 tracked answers comes first.
How did you pick the agencies?
Our tracker ran four questions through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity daily from 4 September to 3 October 2026: the best generative engine optimization agencies, the top AEO agencies in the US, a GEO agency that gets brands cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity, and the leading LLM SEO companies. That came to 346 answers. The engines had to name an agency in at least 35 of them, and the agency's own website had to sell GEO, AEO or AI search work, which we checked on 4 October 2026. Verticality is on the list as its publisher.
