Website Chat

If you use the chat on our website, we store your messages, the email address you choose to give us, the pages you landed on and the page you wrote from, how you found our site (for example the search engine or campaign), your device and browser type (read from your browser's user agent), your browser's time zone and language, your Google Analytics client and session identifiers, and a random identifier kept in your browser. Messages are delivered to our team through Telegram. Our chat server deletes chat records 180 days after your last message; the copy in our team's Telegram group is kept until we delete it. We use your chat only to answer you and to improve our service. To have your chat deleted sooner, including the Telegram copy, email vadim@verticality.co.
