The closest alternatives to Soar (soar.sh) for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions are ReddiReach, Foundation Marketing, OutreachBloom, Red-Engage, CommunityMentions and Growth Marketing Pro, with Verticality listed first because we publish this page. Soar’s service pages say “Contact for pricing”, and a ranking of Reddit agencies on its own blog puts Soar at “$5,000–$15,000/month”. Four of the six alternatives publish plan prices on their own sites, from $1,000 a month (CommunityMentions) to $14,000 a month (Red-Engage’s largest GEO package). If all you need is to know where your brand comes up on Reddit, monitoring tools such as F5Bot, Brand24 and Syften cover that part without an agency.

Since we publish the page, check us before you trust the order. Our Reddit marketing agency page shows our three prices ($1,900, $3,400 and $5,000 a month), our month-to-month terms with no minimum, and what each plan includes. The six others are the agencies named most often in 89 answers that ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity gave to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” between 21 September and 21 October 2026. We then read all six of their sites on 21 October 2026.

What Soar offers, and why buyers compare it

Soar (soar.sh) is a community marketing agency founded in 2017 by Dimitry Apollonsky, run by Appsoar, Inc. and based in New Jersey; its Reddit page is headed “The Reddit marketing agency for AI search”. It ranks Reddit threads for buying queries and seeds the threads AI answers cite. Its Reddit and Quora service sells “30–50+ authentic brand mentions in relevant, existing conversations”, and it also runs reputation work, branded subreddits, Discord and white-label work for agencies. Reddit Ads come after “a 60-90 day organic foundation”. The ranking on its blog gives Soar’s best fit as “$5M–$50M companies that want strategy plus execution” and its price as “$5,000–$15,000/month”. Another post says Soar treats “$5K engagements as 90-day pilots”, and its 2026 pricing guide puts the floor at “roughly $5,000 per month”. The /pricing address returns a 404, and minimum term, setup fee and refunds are not published: work starts once a Master Services Agreement is signed.

Where Soar still fits: it says it “launched as the first Reddit marketing agency in 2017” and publishes 15 case studies with figures, with clients mostly described by type rather than named. It lists deliverables such as “10–20 SEO-optimized community threads per month” and sends a monthly report on “ranked queries, AI citations captured, sentiment delta, and attributed traffic”. A branded subreddit it builds is yours, written into the contract (“You own it.”). Its pages describe a $5M to $50M company that wants Reddit, Quora and Discord from one agency, with ads only behind threads that already do well.

The reasons buyers look elsewhere are on Soar’s own pages too, read on 21 October 2026. Posts go out from Soar’s network: “Every Soar account is aged, hand-picked for relevant subreddit history” and “manually warmed for weeks before a single brand mention”, and no service or solution page states a disclosure rule. All 15 solution pages, the Reddit page among them, end with a “Self-serve via Signals” block (“Do it yourself with our infrastructure”). It links to Signals’ pages for buying aged Reddit accounts and upvotes, and Signals’ homepage says “Soar is our managed service.” A Soar post on vetting agencies tells buyers to ask whether an agency ever uses upvote services and says “the answer must be no”. The ranking on Soar’s blog and a list on Parse, a company with the same founder, both put Soar first and Signals second without saying the two are linked.

Organic Reddit agencies that do what Soar does

We list Verticality first as the publisher, then the six agencies the engines named most for this question, in order of how many answers named them. All seven run organic Reddit work for brands; they differ most on price, term and whose accounts do the posting. Each entry reports what the agency’s own site said on 21 October 2026.

1. Verticality

  • Best for: B2B SaaS, DTC, fintech and other regulated brands.
  • Pricing: Presence $1,900 a month, Programme $3,400 a month, Category $5,000 a month. Single posts and comments through our posting and comment service: $120 a post, $50 a comment and $300 a long-form SEO post, with a $1,500 minimum order a month.
  • Terms: Month-to-month, no minimum term, no lock-in.
  • Versus Soar: Prices and terms are published, month-to-month with no minimum term.

Our own agency, where the contrast with Soar is the published price list. Every plan on our Reddit marketing page includes brand-mention monitoring. Presence covers up to 4 subreddits at 2 threads a week. Programme covers up to 10 at 4–5 threads a week plus original posts, with Reddit SEO and AI citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. Category lifts the subreddit limit and includes Reddit Ads management for no percentage of spend. Ads can also be bought without an organic phase first, at a flat fee from $1,900 a month, or $900 a month on top of organic work (Reddit Ads agency page). Watch-out: none of our pages names a client, so the proof you can check before a call is the price list and what each plan includes, not a client roster.

2. ReddiReach

  • Best for: brands that want “to validate Reddit as a channel before a larger, longer-term programme”, then pair Reddit with AI search work.
  • Pricing: Reddit Growth $2,000 a month (30 contributions); AI Search Optimization $5,000 a month; Custom on request.
  • Terms: 3-month minimum, invoiced monthly; no setup fees; “We do not offer refunds.”
  • Versus Soar: Fixed monthly prices, and 20 of the 30 monthly contributions come from a brand profile ReddiReach creates for you.

A Reddit and AI search (GEO) agency founded in 2018 and fully remote. Its $2,000 plan is 2 strategic discussions, 20 comments from the brand profile it creates and manages and 8 from “non-branded accounts”, each logged with its live link. The $5,000 plan is 12 articles a month, technical SEO, AI visibility tracking and link building. Its terms rule out “Vote manipulation or brigading” and “Fake accounts or astroturfing”. Our tracker counted ReddiReach in 38 of 89 ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answers to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” between 21 September and 21 October 2026, the most of any agency on this page. Watch-outs: the site never says who owns the non-branded accounts or whether they disclose; it names no clients and shows no case-study figures of its own; and its meta description still reads “Plans from $1,600/month”.

3. Foundation Marketing

  • Best for: B2B brands in software, AI, martech, cybersecurity and similar fields that want to show up “when buyers ask AI for answers”.
  • Pricing: Not published on the agency’s service pages (checked 21 October 2026); its own blog list of Reddit agencies says “Custom Pricing (Approx. $1,000+)”.
  • Terms: Not published.
  • Versus Soar: Reddit is one channel of an AI-visibility program, with a named client case you can read.

Foundation, which Ross Simmonds began as a one-person agency in 2014, describes itself as “an AI visibility & GEO marketing agency”. Its Reddit service includes organic posting, subreddit and search-results analysis, brand-mention monitoring and Reddit Ads, “carefully following each subreddit’s rules and culture”. The proof is a named client. For Bitly, one human-run account was built from zero to 1,472 karma in 12 months, and Reddit referral sessions rose from 178 to 930. Over those 12 months, 11.7% of AI citations on link-shortener questions went to Bitly, nearly double the next competitor. Foundation was named in 37 of 89 ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answers to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” from 21 September to 21 October 2026. Watch-outs: in the Bitly case it “committed to a persona account instead of a safe corporate handle”, its Reddit job ads ask staff to keep personas consistent on branded accounts, and no page we read states a disclosure rule.

4. OutreachBloom

  • Best for: “B2B SaaS and services brands in categories people actually discuss on Reddit”, of roughly 10 to 200 employees.
  • Pricing: $1,900 a month for the Reddit plan (50 expert community engagements); Reddit also sits inside its AI SEO plans at $3,400 (Silver, 30 engagements) and $4,900 (Gold, 50).
  • Terms: Month to month by its own agency list and cold-email FAQ, though the pricing page states no term; its website Terms of Use state “All sales are final.”
  • Versus Soar: Your own branded account posts, and your team does the posting.

OutreachBloom is the reverse of Soar on accounts. It researches threads and writes each reply, and someone on your team approves it and posts it under a Reddit Pro account carrying your brand name, which its blog calls “your disclosure and your promotion at the same time”. Three anonymized Reddit cases, added to its site from 29 September to 7 October 2026, measure the client’s share of the Reddit threads Google ranks, for example 35.3% (18 of 51) for a B2B construction software company. It appeared by name in 30 of 89 ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answers to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” in the 21 September to 21 October 2026 window. Watch-outs: posting takes “a few minutes a day” of your team’s time, the work it describes is replies in existing threads rather than new posts, and its homepage excludes B2C and local consumer businesses.

5. Red-Engage

  • Best for: “SaaS, AI startups, and growth-focused brands”.
  • Pricing: GEO packages with Reddit inside: Starter $4,500 a month (“Reddit Placements: Basic”), Growth $7,000 a month (“Full”), Enterprise $14,000 a month (“Full + PR”); a standalone audit is $2,500 one-time. No Reddit-only price, and no fee on its Reddit Ads page.
  • Terms: “Engagements are monthly retainers”, with “No long contracts”; no setup fee or notice period stated.
  • Versus Soar: Organic Reddit is sold only as part of a priced GEO package aimed at AI citations.

A GEO agency founded in 2024 in Sheridan, Wyoming, that uses Reddit as the off-site channel for getting brands cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, and reports monthly on every tracked prompt through Peec.ai. It posts from what its knowledge base calls “established accounts with clean histories”, and its cybersecurity case counts “100+ Comments Planted” inside threads that already rank; no page states a disclosure rule. Red-Engage came up by name in 24 of 89 ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answers to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” between 21 September and 21 October 2026. Watch-outs: until at least 7 October 2026 the site had a “Buy Reddit Posts” page that sold posts “from aged accounts” for $349 each, with additional upvotes on sale at checkout. By 21 October 2026 that URL returned a 301 redirect to its GEO Amplification service page, and none of the 23 pages we read sold upvotes or accounts.

6. CommunityMentions

  • Best for: brands that want to be in “the conversations ChatGPT and Google trust, posted for you daily”; its FAQ says fitness, wellness, health, B2B and marketing “do well”.
  • Pricing: Core plan $1,000 a month, plus a $1 setup charge that is refunded if no posts go out in the first week.
  • Terms: Month-to-month; you cancel before the next billing cycle, and partial months are not refunded.
  • Versus Soar: A flat published price, with mentions posted by hired Redditors from their own accounts.

Started by Ryan Doyle in September 2025, CommunityMentions writes the comments with AI (“The comments feel AI. They are AI.”), you approve the voice in Slack, and Redditors it hires post them from their own established accounts, paid only “when a comment sticks”. Live links arrive in Slack every 24 hours, and it says it uses no “engagement pods, vote manipulation, or bot networks”. It was named in 23 of 89 ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answers to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” over the same 21 September to 21 October 2026 window. Watch-outs: the mentions read as casual third-party remarks, with “no claims of personal use” and no disclosure. Volume is a target, not a guarantee: “We aim for 5 to 10 a day across all channels combined”, and Reddit is one of five channels. The price fell from $1,290 to $1,000 on 20 October 2026, so some AI answers still quote the old figure.

7. Growth Marketing Pro

  • Best for: “fast-growing companies”, as its Reddit page puts it; its FAQ says it shines in SaaS, e-commerce, consumer software, fintech and real estate.
  • Pricing: Not published on the agency’s site (checked 21 October 2026).
  • Terms: Not published.
  • Versus Soar: A network of aged influencer accounts, as at Soar, inside an agency that also runs SEO, GEO and paid media.

Growth Marketing Pro, based in San Francisco, names “3,000+ High-karma, aged influencer accounts in every niche” among the stats on its Reddit page, plus a “fleet of moderators”. Its team page, published 16 October 2026, puts the network at “100+ influencers across 6,000+ accounts”. The difference from Soar is the rest of the agency, which also runs Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO content and link building. Two clients are named next to Reddit figures: HiBob (Reddit mentions up 12 times) and Simplifi (1,834 new organic clicks from Reddit content in a single month). Growth Marketing Pro was named in 19 of 89 ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answers to “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions” between 21 September and 21 October 2026. Watch-outs: no price or term for Reddit (its /pricing address is a 404, and one client review mentions a “$5,000/month engagement”), and no page says who owns the accounts or whether posts disclose the brand.

Software instead of an agency

The second half of the question, brand mentions, is where the engines named software more often than any agency. The three tools named most were F5Bot (70 of the 89 answers), Brand24 (64) and Syften (49). All three find mentions and tell you about them; none of them will post, reply or win an AI citation on your behalf.

  • F5Bot: sends an email alert when your keywords show up on Reddit, Hacker News or Lobsters. The free tier is for personal use only (5 keywords, with alerts delayed by up to 2 hours); paid plans start with Silver at $9.99 a month. Soar’s own branded-subreddit service lists “F5Bot brand monitoring” among its deliverables.
  • Syften: AI-filtered keyword monitoring for Reddit, Hacker News, forums, blogs, GitHub, Slack communities, Bluesky, Mastodon and more, delivered by email, Slack, RSS, API or webhook; X and YouTube are paid add-ons, and LinkedIn is not covered. Entry is $29.95 a month; there is no free plan, only a 14-day trial of the PRO plan.
  • Brand24: mentions from social media, news, blogs, videos, forums, podcasts and reviews, Reddit among them. The Individual plan is $249 a month, or $199 a month on annual billing, with a 14-day free trial first; mentions in AI answers need its “AI Visibility module” add-on.

GummySearch, which 13 of the 89 answers still name, closed on 30 November 2025; its notice says it shut down “to comply with Reddit’s API policies, which forbid commercial applications”.

Which Soar alternative fits your stage

  • Testing Reddit for under $2,000 a month: CommunityMentions ($1,000) if undisclosed third-party mentions are acceptable to you. OutreachBloom ($1,900) if a person on your side has a few minutes a day to post. Verticality’s single posts and comments ($120 a post, $50 a comment, $1,500 a month minimum) or its Presence plan ($1,900) if you want the threads and comments handled for you, month-to-month.
  • AI answers as the goal, at a fixed price: Verticality’s Programme ($3,400 a month) adds AI citation tracking to the Reddit work. Red-Engage bundles Reddit placements into GEO packages starting at $4,500 a month. ReddiReach’s AI Search Optimization plan costs $5,000 a month alongside its $2,000 Reddit plan, on a 3-month minimum.
  • B2B tech with a budget for a quoted program: Foundation Marketing if you want a named Reddit case to check, Growth Marketing Pro if you want paid media and SEO from one agency.
  • Only watching for mentions: F5Bot, Syften or Brand24, with someone in-house to reply.
  • When to stay with Soar: you want Reddit, Quora and Discord from one agency, a branded subreddit written into the contract as yours, and ads only after organic, on a budget of $5,000 a month or more. Before you renew, get in writing whose accounts post and how each post discloses your brand.

How we chose these alternatives

Every day our AI Visibility Tracker puts the same buyer questions to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. This page uses one, “Alternatives to Soar for organic Reddit marketing and brand mentions”: 89 answers between 21 September and 21 October 2026. To qualify, an agency had to appear by name in the text of 9 or more of the 89 answers (one in ten), not only inside a linked list. Its own site also had to sell organic Reddit work on the day we read it, 21 October 2026. We kept the six named most; SAASY LINKS (17 answers), GrowReddit (14), and Single Grain, Redditera and Karma Alien (13 each) also cleared the bar. Verticality sits first because it publishes the page.

Three names the engines gave often are not entries. Signals (25 answers) is Soar’s own product, not an alternative to it: its homepage says “Soar is our managed service.” It sells Reddit upvotes, which Rule 2 of Reddit’s rules bars as content manipulation, as well as comments and aged accounts. ReddiReach’s “Soar Agency Alternatives” post also lists Signals second without saying it belongs with Soar. ReplyAgent (24 answers) is a Reddit tool whose paid option posts comments “with our aged accounts”. RedReach (27 answers), a lead tool and a different company from the agency ReddiReach, sends automated bulk direct messages with what it calls “anti-detection features”.

Prices, terms and policies come from each company’s own site: Soar and the six agencies read on 21 October 2026, the software and Verticality on 22 October 2026.

Questions to ask before you switch from Soar

  1. Which accounts will carry our posts, and who controls them after we leave? Soar posts from accounts it runs; put the new agency’s answer in the contract.
  2. Will every post and comment say who it is for? Soar’s own contract guide says a post made for material consideration “must disclose the brand relationship clearly and conspicuously”; ask for that in writing.
  3. Do you, or a company tied to you, sell upvotes, comments or Reddit accounts? Check menus and footers too: Soar’s tie to Signals sits in its “Tools” menu and at the end of its solution pages.
  4. Soar’s contract guide recommends a warranty that the “agency does not engage in account warming, vote manipulation”, while its Reddit page says its accounts are “manually warmed for weeks before a single brand mention”. Ask Soar which of the two applied to your account.
  5. How long is the minimum term, and what notice period applies after it? Soar’s guide suggests “30 days termination for convenience” and “no minimum-term penalties”; ReddiReach asks for 3 months, while Verticality, OutreachBloom, Red-Engage and CommunityMentions describe monthly terms.
  6. If Soar built a branded subreddit for you, is the moderator handover in the Master Services Agreement? Its page says “You own it.” Settle the handover before you give notice.
  7. How will the overlap month work? Ask Soar for a list of the threads and comments it posted for you and its last AI citation report, and let the new agency take its own baseline while both run.

For the wider market, our shortlist of Reddit marketing agencies sorts them by buyer type and notes whose accounts each one uses, and the version for SaaS companies narrows it to software. If Soar’s ads phase is the part you need, our shortlist of Reddit Ads agencies compares fees and minimum budgets. If what you are after is AI answers that recommend you, the GEO agencies shortlist and our guide to measuring AI visibility cover what to buy and how to check it.

Weighing a different agency? We compare the alternatives to OutreachBloom, ReddiReach, Growth Marketing Pro, Single Grain and Nicely Network.
